📦 Standard Rate

£1.30 per mile

For all deliveries within the UK using our large van service.

  • Includes loading/unloading
  • Fragile item care available (ask when booking)
  • Fuel Included
  • We have full Public Liability Insurance 
  • We have full Goods in Transit Insurance 
  • We have full Hire and Reward Insurance
  • All drivers wear full PPE and follow site safety protocols as standard.

🚧 Important

Clients must provide assistance for loading and unloading at both ends unless otherwise agreed. We’re happy to assist with small packages and pre-packed goods.

🧾 Minimum Charge

£40 + Wait

Covers short-distance jobs under 30 miles and acts as a base rate for any booking.

  • Includes time, fuel, PPE use, and admin costs
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled collection: £40 + any incurred waiting time
  • Applies if site contact is unavailable or access is not possible
  • Loading/unloading must be done by client unless small packages are pre-agreed

⏱ Waiting Time

£15 per 30 minutes (first 30 mins are FREE)

  • First 30 minutes free at collection or delivery
  • Charges apply if delays occur beyond 30 mins
  • Time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes
  • Applies if loading/unloading is delayed, site is inaccessible, or no personnel are available
  • Charged per stop if multi-drop
