Transport & Operational Compliance

  • We are fully insured for Goods in Transit, Public Liability, and Hire & Reward.
  • All our employed drivers have up-to-date DBS checks and appropriate driving licences.
  • Vehicles are roadworthy, regularly serviced, and conform to DVSA regulations.
  • Health and Safety regulations are observed on all collection and delivery sites, including the use of PPE.

Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected from clients is only used for service fulfilment, invoicing, and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless legally required.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to ensure that pickup and drop-off sites are safe, lawful, and accessible. Any failure to comply with legal or health and safety obligations may result in service refusal or termination.
